Utilizing system models for multicriteria decision-making
System models are used in the context of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) in order to improve communication and are essential for system documentation. However, scientific approaches in recent years show that the further utilization of these system models is of interest, for example in the form of coupling system models and external tools for a bi-directional exchange of information. Researchers at KTmfk have reviewed the current state of the art in the application context of multi-criteria decision-making in product development. The results of the systematic literature review were published in the IEEE Open Journal of Systems Engineering and are available open-access.
