New employee: Jan Kopatsch
Jan Kopatsch joined the Tolerance Management research group as a research assistant at the beginning of July. He previously studied mechanical engineering at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. He also wrote his project and master’s thesis on the topics of metamodel-based optimization and multi-material topology optimization at KTmfk.
Mr. Kopatsch will be working on the optimal design of tolerance analysis in terms of computing time and quality of results for non-geometric key characteristics.
